Dual setting α-tricalcium phosphate composite cement obtained by 3d printing.

This article discusses the process of 3-D printing calcium phosphate cements (CPCs) for use in synthetic bone grafts and scaffolds for tissues. The authors comment on the use of calcium phosphates, including a-tricalcium phosphate and tetracalcium phosphate. The utilization of the Z310 Plus Printer Prototyper for the 3-D printing of these materials is also examined.
