The paper analyses the main trends of the housing market in Ukraine. For the analysis of the chronological development of the housing market macroeconomic environment factors that have the greatest impact on market fluctuations are revealed. Also the dependence of house prices in some regions of Ukraine from indicators such as capital investment in housing, cash income households and the commissioning of housing is reviewed.
