It can be considered that person's becoming personality means that s/he has both internal and external coherence and integrity. It may also be said that this pursuit can be understood by values such as true, good and beautiful. Personality refers that the values, which person takes them in the central, spreads out and embodies. It may be defended that the way of being properly discovered and built of values should be thought together with intrinsic and transcendental factors. Finally, in the paper, it shall be tried to justify that person's becoming personality refers to sincere living for investigation of integrity, harmony and reconciliation of body and spirit, individual and community, internal factor and transcendental factor.
