Abstract
- A case study is presented of a 87-year-old man with bruise-like skin lesions on the trunk, thighs and upper arms. It informs that computed tomography images of the whole body showed splenomegaly and mild swelling of the mediastinal and inguinal lymph nodes. It further informs that the patient was diagnosed with leukemic phase blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) with skin infiltration and concomitant autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
