Ectopic Cushing syndrome secondary to recurrent pancreatoblastoma in a child: Lessons learnt.

Although rare, pancreatoblastoma is the most common pancreatic tumor in children. Cushing syndrome secondary to ectopic secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) from a pancreatoblastoma is very rare with only two previously reported cases.
