Abstract

The article discusses whether children's asthma services in Great Britain are reaching a turning point. Topics covered include National Paediatric Asthma Collaborative (NPAC) clinical lead Richard Iles' call for staff working in asthma care to capitalise on recommendations in the Five Year Forward View by the National Health Service (NHS) England, the success of Finland in asthma services reform, and the need to provide nurses appropriate training in providing asthma services.
