- Reports that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has changed its procedures for uncovering the names of companies that use blind box advertisements after an appeals court declared unconstitutional the board's subpoena of Hearst Corp.'s `Midland Daily News' in Michigan. Practice of confidentiality among newspapers and advertisers; Ties with the issue regarding a labor-organizing practice known as salting.
