Library publishing and diversity values.

The article focuses on changing of scholarly publishing through policy and scholarly communication education. Topics discussed lack of diversity that persists in librarianship and publishing; existence of open access movement; and impact of policy on editors and publishers who are handling the paperwork, assigning reviewers and determining schedules.
