Abstract
- The article discusses liberty in relation to private law and the U.S. Constitution, and it mentions concerns regarding an American state's abuse of its power of coercion. Public law and human rights are addressed, along with the legal concepts of eminent domain, adverse possession, and freedom of contract. Private land-use restrictions and a parol evidence rule of law are examined, as well as U.S. law enforcement and contract-related unconscionability.
