Calibrin-Z 对鸡坏死性肠炎防制效果.

Calibrin-Z is a new type of safe and pollution-free adsorbent which was developed by an organization of United States. Chicken were inoculated with clostridium welchii through mouth, the different concentrations of Calibrin-Z was added in their feedstuff, and the intestinal morphology, pathological changes at their different ages were detected to explore the control effect of this reagent on the necrotic enteritis, immune organ index and the immunity levels. The results showed that Calibrin-Z could improve the immune response, decrease the damage to the intestinal mucosa and obviously inhibit the effect of necrotizing enteritis occurrence. The anti-disease mechanism of Calibrin- Z might be associated with the adsorption of clostridium welchii toxin. It would provide an effective method to control the chicken necrotizing enteritis without using antibiotic drugs, which had very importantly practical significance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
