15 soil samples were collected, and 79 actinomycetes strains were isolated by dilution plate method. 5 strains with antagonistic effects on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were obtained by plate confrontation and growth rate methods. The antagonistic rate of strain DTJ-24 was as high as 69. 89 %,and had good passage stability. Based on the morphological, biochemical characteristics and 16s rDNA gene sequence analysis,the strain DTJ-24 was identified as Streptomyces lavendulae.
