Abstract

The article reports that according to studies conducted by Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Harvard University School of Public Health, flavonoids in chocolates reduce heart attack risk and improve cardiovascular function. It also presents recipes for Tropical Chocolate Fondue and Chocolate Cherry Irish Soda Bread.
