Title IX Exclusion and Marginalization Needs to Change.

The article discusses the need to change the Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act into a statute with a more inclusive and broader focus. Topics discussed include the areas focused by Title IX legislation which include access to education, career education, and employment, its narrow association with athletics particularly varsity intercollegiate athletics, and the absence of a systematic review on reporting requirements for Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA).
