International Abduction of Children: Why the UCCJEA Is Usually a Better Remedy Than the Abduction Convention.

The article discusses how Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) is better than the abduction convention concerning international adduction of children.
