Abstract

Transforming research achievements into experimental teaching can strengthen the combination of scientific research and teaching, improve the experiment teaching content, and cultivate students " engineering and innovation ability, hence, it is of great significance. This paper illustrates the design and implementation of DRM ( Digital Radio Mondiale) system, and shows the advantages of the software defined receiver. The principle and implementation of the PC based software receiver are introduced in the paper. Further, this paper details the technical route, experiment content and characteristics of the experimental platform to cultivate the students' comprehensive practice and innovation ability at the system level. Teaching practice has proved that this transformation of scientific research to experimental contents helps students understand the academic frontiers and cultivates the students' comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems. The basic method and skill in the related field, the consciousness of innovation and the innovation ability can also be strengthened, so as to promote the experimental teaching effectively.
