Abstract

The article discusses the development of visible light communication or Li-Fi associated with technological innovation in Great Britain. It highlights the use of contactless payment systems driven by the adoption of radio-frequency identification (RFID). It also notes that the Li-Fi works by turning a light-emitting diode (LED) bulb off for data transmission.
