Abstract

The author discusses the animal model study on female pigs to understand the cardio-protective effect of receptor-interacting proteins kinases 1 (RIPK1) Necrostatin on acute myocardial infarction. Topics include surgical coronary occlusion, cardiac catheterization and echocardiography, and the role of RIPK1 on tissues injury.
