Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old man with myocardial infarction and severe ischemic cardiomyopathy w ho has received dual-chamber implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) after resuscitated cardiac arrest from ventricular fibrillation (VF). The article discusses the T-wave oversensing (TWOS) which is the cause of inappropriate ICD therapies to patients with integrated tip-to-coil sensing.
