Defending the Middle Class.

In this article, the author presents concern towards decline in number of middle class families in the U.S. Topics discussed include a report by Census Bureau which illustrates increment in upper class and lower-income households in the U.S.; encouragement by Catholic social teaching common good and solidarity; and ways to supports middle class and promote economic security such as child-care assistance and educational opportunities.
