Abstract

The article describes the case of a 23-year-old female nullipara presenting with left fetal trunk multilobular cystic tumor at 16 weeks of gestation. Observations include high pulsatility index of ductus venosus-flow velocity waveforms (DV-FVW) while myocardial performance index (MPI) was normal. The article discusses fetal anemia due to hemorrhage, the atrioventricular valve opening (AVVO) duration range and the reflection of anemia and hypovolemia in the DV-FVW time intervals.
