Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 77-year-old man who develop saphenous vein graft aneurysm which causes pulmonary artery (PA) compression when the arterial pressure within the aneurysm rise due to exercise. He was presented with dyspnea and undergone coronary artery bypass grafting with saphenous vein graft. He also undrgone a repeat surgery after complication of graft degeneration. It mentions the effect of rest and exercise on his ventricular function.
