Comment on "General Non-Markovian Dynamics of Open Quantum Systems".

The article focuses on the existence of non-Markovian dynamics for a class of quantum open systems. Topics dicussed include the instability of thermodynamically Hamiltonians, coupling of residual counterrotating terms, and, determination of Hamiltonian equation. It also mentions the determination of density matrix of the system.
