Abstract
- Discusses the mechanism of formation of hydrogen trioxide in the ozonation of 1,2-diphenylhydrazine and 1,2-dimethylhydrazine. Initiation of ozonation by the formation of an ozone-hydrazine complex; Evidence showing that radical recombination can lead to a hydrazine hydrotrioxide which decomposes quickly even at low temperatures.
