This document develops the materialization of a series of procedural principles which are common to all systems of controversies solution within International Economic Law. For this purpose, international public law fragmentation dynamics and generation of special regimes, which have different interaction mechanisms among them will be determined. Likewise, principles of international public law and how these respond to exiting dynamics among domestic laws and international law will be analyzed and it will be finished with determination of which could be the main procedural principles within controversies solution systems of international economic law.
