Abstract
- A letter to the editor is presented concerning an appeal by the Dutch government against The Hague District Court's June 24, 2015 ruling requiring drastic cuts to greenhouse gas emissions from the Netherlands which demonstrates the weakness of lawsuits used as policy tools for climate change.
