Muddling through.

The article looks at the Saki Military Clinical Sanatorium, a spa in Crimea, Ukraine, which was seized by the Russian government after Russian annexed Crimea in 2014. The spa serves both private clients and wounded veterans, which it treats at the expense of the Russian government.
