Abstract
- The article discusses traffic management in New Jersey during a visit by Pope Francis to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New York City. Emphasis is given to staffing at the Traffic Operations Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, plans for incident diversions and managing traffic jams, and advertisements by the Department of Transportation advocating the use of public transportation.
