Abstract
- The article presents a study that explored the adverse birth and reproductive health outcomes of uranium exposures in the Navajo Nation which covers New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona. Topics include the disparities in maternal and infant health outcomes experienced by American Indians and Alaska Natvies compared to the general U.S. population, and the potential relationship between exposure to environmental contaminants and reproductive birth outcomes.
