CLUSTERS AND REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS IN ROMANIA.

Considering the impact of industrial agglomerations on regional competitiveness, the "four clover" model adapted to the Romanian experience and the conclusions drawn from the comparative analysis of region rankings according to the number of clusters, GDP/capita and level of competitiveness, in this article we intend to underline that Romania's regional competitive development can be achieved through an industrial policy based on sustainable competitive clusters.
