Abstract

The article presents a study conducted on postmenopausal women to determine the effects of local vibration training performed for 6 months on the bone mineral density (BMD), muscle strength, and physical performance. Several factors that were assessed includes muscle mass after performing quadriceps, side effects of local vibration training and feasibility of the training.
