Abstract: This article examines the suitability of vertical jump and 20-m sprint (SPRINT) testing for detecting neuromuscular fatigue in athletes. Data were collected immediately after zeroing until the jump was completed. Large widespread decreases in neuromuscular function were apparent immediately postexercise.
