Noise Prediction for Moving Mechanisms Using Coupled MBD-Acoustics Analysis.

The article focuses on the workflow concept proposed by the author which uses multi-body dynamics and acoustics analysis in investigating the noise performance of a machine. Topics discussed include the challenges of analyzing this noise performanc, an assessment on the conventional method of analyzing the performance, and a description of the proposed workflow concept.
