Abstract
- The article focuses on ocular manifestations and eye complications as a result of the genetic disorder called neurofibromatosis. Topics include the diagnosis of neurofibromatosis which includes neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1) and neurofibromatosis 2 (NF2), ocular manifestation of neurofibromatosis, and formation of optic nerve pathway gliomas (OPMG) in the brain because of neurofibromatosis.
