Abstract: The article discusses the role of Making Skills Everyone's Business (MSEB) program of the U.S. Department of Education in changing adult learning in the country. Topics mentioned include the government aid to adult education and adult literacy programs, need to address a problem on low skills among the adult population in the country, and the provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
