Abstract
- In the current scenario, increasingly more and more competitive, the benefits of the marketing plan in hotel management is started to be more valued. The current situation of transit hotels destination Villa Clara dropped as a result, poor planning in the commercial activity, prevailing empiricism and operability. Thus, the proposal presented comes from the need to develop a new process for the preparation of the marketing plan in these hotels, considering that in the consulted literature although there are extensive contributions around this issue, there is a lack of appropriate procedures according to the particular characteristics of such hotels, which makes it more required the use of practical methods and techniques based on real possibilities of management, so that allows the increased flow of tourists and profits steadily.
