(AmEx) and millions of merchants on the basis of the sharing of confidential documents by attorney Gary Friedman, representing merchants in the case, with attorney Keila Ravelo, representing credit card company MasterCard Inc. in a separate case involving merchants and credit card company Visa Inc.
