Abstract: Examines the diagnosis of immediate allergic reactions to beta-lactam antibiotics. Reflection of the changes in the consumption of betalactams in the pattern of allergic reactions; Existence of evidence for changes in the clinical pattern of skin test reactivity; Importance of the time interval between both the first and last intake of the drug and the occurrence of the reaction and the type of symptoms in clinical evaluation.
