- Examines the espionage case of convicted felon Morton Sobell in light of a request for a new hearing filed by his lawyers before New York City District Court Judge Edward Weinfeld on 1966. Journalists whose work shed another perspective on the Rosenberg-Sobell case; Allegations of Max Elitcher against Sobell; Conclusion that there is no testimony on the true nature of Sobell's espionage work; Assumptions that had been established by the Rosenberg-Sobell espionage case.
