The access control of encrypted documents can be well realized by using attribute-based encryption schemes. But the attributes are static in all attribute-based encryption schemes, resulting in certain problems in practical applications. Based on conditions-based encryption, a dynamic attributebased encryption scheme is developed. The scheme allows one user to calculate his own attributes key in the scheme once he satisfies a certain attribute after the authenticating party＇s digital signature is given.
