Open Letter on the Digital Economy.

In the article, the authors discuss the advent of the digital era as of July 2015, as well as the challenges they present to humans like the loss of jobs to robots, and some proposals to resolve them. They recommend that basic public policies in such fields as education, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship can help resolve the issues. They also propose more research on the economic and social effects of the digital revolution.
