面向需求的实验室校企共建模式探索.

With the increase of the expansion of universities and scientific research tasks, the demand for lab is growing. Relying on just national finance and school funding has been difficult to meet this need. Co-construction pattern of laboratory for university and enterprise wiil satisfy the demand, solve the problems such as inadequate investment and operation at high cost in the laboratory, and can meet the enterprise demand for advanced instruments and equipment and the latest research results, and is conducive to the resource sharing and complementary advantages. Based on the analysis of the laboratory project model, this paper puts forward a laboratory model based on facing demand. The new pattern requires university and enterprise to construct and manage the laboratory jointly, and holds a project-oriented principle. The pattern wiil encourage the two parties to make full use of the resource of the other cooperator and keep a long-term mutual benefit cooperative relationship, and help the efficiency of laboratory use.
