Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 32-year-old lady, who experienced a sudden flow of clear fluid between her legs. It mentions the nurse's role in managing obstetric emergency. It mentions that occurrence of umbilical cord prolapse (UCP) is due to entering of fetal umbilical cord into the birth canal alongside the part of the baby. It mentions that iatrogenic causes can be the risk factor for UCP.
