Abstract
- The article discusses the application of small-molecule fluorescent probes for bioimaging. It offers information on two-photon absorption (TPA) which is a photophysical process by which a molecule simultaneously absorbs two photons to reach an excited state. It notes the design and construction of two-photon probes for lysosomes, and mitochondria.
