Abstract

The article offers information on the health benefits associated with eating chocolates and also mentions the advantages and disadvantages of presence of cadmium in chocolates. It mentions a study conducted by American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, which investigates the role of eating flavanol-enriched cocoa powder in improving measures of cognitive functioning in older people.
