Abstract
- The article looks at the increasing interest among members of middle classes in China in attending schools that offer an English curriculum with International General Certificate of Secondary Education and A-levels, like the Dulwich International High School in Suzhou (DIHS). Topics covered include the negative aspects of international schooling, the learning experiences of students at DIHS, and a comparison of teaching at DIHS and at a regular Chinese school.
