Abstract
- The article focuses on a study on the efficiency of a sanitizing technique to decrease bacterial and fungal population from athletes' footwear. It reports that the procedure of sanitizing athletes footwear was successful as it reduced the microbial load in the footwear. It further states that there were reductions in the colony forming units of Staphylococcus spp, Enterococcus spp, E.coli and yeast. It also mentions that the Cyberclean used for disinfection was effective.
