Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 56-year-old woman with sudden onset of left-ptosis. dizziness, and imbalance. Diagnosis of the patient revealed sudden asymmetric bilateral ptosis as stroke onset. Magnetic resonance (MR) scan of the brain showing the patient's isolated periaqueductal signal abnormality is also offered.
