Abstract

The article focuses on the relationship between biochar and pickel. Topics discussed include organic carbon content in biochar and a nutrient densifier in organic gardening, charcoal cooking and gastric benefits of charcoal, taste receptors that favors foods cooked in glowing embers, sliced meat and vegetables with charcoal hibachi in Thailand and Korea and presents a recipe for biochar shiitake pickles.
