Abstract

The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's (USSC's) ruling in the 2014 case Town of Greece v. Galloway which deals with American religious pluralism, several aspects of religious geography, and the legal protections under the U.S. Constitution's Establishment Clause. The historical aspects of America's religious laws are addressed, along with the USSC case Marsh v. Chambers which examined the legality of the Nebraska Legislature's opening prayer practices.
