Abstract

Presents a study conducted which focuses on the development of an assay which measures the frequency of T lymphocyte percursor cells, with the capabilities of suppressing the leukemic progenitor cells, in an attempt to identify the effector and target cell populations responsible for the elimination of the leukemic cells. Description of target cells in the assay; Definition of a cytogenic remission; Properties of effector cells.
